We are a family firm from Leiria, Portugal, with over 45 years’ experience manufacturing joinery and furniture components — and one simple conviction: good building starts with well-made components.
Roots in the craft
Our story begins in the early 1980s, manufacturing doors and timber components. Decades of orders, projects and demanding clients taught us what no machine can replace: deep knowledge of the material and of the detail that makes the difference in the finished build.
From Colorine to Timbercity
Along the way, the Colorine brand became a reference in the lacquered-door trade. Timbercity — Componentes e Portas Lacadas, Unipessoal, Lda — is today the industrial face of that journey: a manufacturing plant dedicated to supplying professionals, with its own lacquering and varnishing lines.
Industry on a human scale
We have invested in CNC machining, calibrated sanding and finishing lines — yet every piece still passes through experienced hands before it leaves the factory. This blend of technology and craft lets us take on industrial runs and one-off pieces alike.
